Then and Now Sorting Cards Free Printable

Then and now sorting cards make a nice social studies center activity around Thanksgiving or when your class may study pioneers. We used to take the second graders to Cahill School and had a letter writing unit. The children would write to relatives and ask questions about their school days. Amazingly, many grandparents had attended one-room school houses which heightened interest in “olden days” for discussion before the field trip.
