Free 4 Little Pigs Play Script

Reader’s Theater is a wonderful way to help develop reading fluency.  Fluency is built by practicing familiar reading material, and there is no better motivation than participating in a play.  Re-reading for practice can become boring, and children need to be engaged and happy to learn best.  I used to teach thinking skills to the whole school as part of my gifted ed teaching position, and this is a play I wrote for one of my classes.  Free Readers Theater Play:  THE 4 LITTLE PIGS

Again today I used Masketeers clip art by Ian Nicholls.  You wouldn’t have to have access to the masks, but it would be nice.  In this printable, I did include name tags teachers can print, laminate, and use from year to year.  I hope you have fun with these plays!
