Birth to Two Affordable Online Montessori Class

his non-affiliate, non-sponsored post is about a birth to two low cost, affordable online Montessori class. As I am going to become a grandma this winter, I did some preparation by taking a course by Lisa Nolan about ages 0-24 months.  Montessori at home is the answer when toys do not entertain children, and when they want to help around the house.  Are you mopping? The children want to help. Are you putting away the play dough? Children want to help. Are you doing dishes? The children want to do dishes, too. Take advantage of their desire to be like you and save money on toys designed to just have children wanting the next and then the next toy.  Click here to visit Montessori for the Earth. Click here for the free Facebook page, and click here for the free Facebook discussion group for Montessori on a Budget.

The course includes the following and more:

  • 50 Montessori lesson activities for 0 to 24-month-olds
  • PDFs that are easy to download and save to your computer
  • Website access to Lisa Nolan’s Infant Tot Articles
  • Resources for infant sleep

I think the resources for infant sleep are alone worth the cost of this course. Please note: I am an affiliate of Lisa’s courses.

The baby videos are so adorable.  I had so much fun watching and learning about Montessori starting right at birth from the videos she has selected for this course.

I can’t resist adding two right here.

My Simple Material at Home – Montessori

And just look what a 20 month old child can do, clean up playdough.  I would not have thought of asking such a young child to clean up.  I would have done it myself and deprived the child of practical life learning experiences that are so important.

Prepare to be impressed with the course syllabus and the great attention to detail for all the stages babies pass through.  I love babies and this course was such a pleasure to take.  The benefit of learning to be a better grandmother than mother was the main point, but it was also enjoyable to learn. Lisa knows so much about children and Montessori. Click here to visit Montessori for the Earth.

Here is one little part of the extensive syllabus, actual lessons for ages 3 to 6 months. Who would have thought? The ideas are easy to implement and utilize, and will help your baby learn and grow.
